Confidence Monday: Big Girl Workout #1

Greetings!

Hopefully you’re having a great Monday and everything is going as you had it planned. For my confidence Monday post I’ll be talking about something very important to me, which is also where I get part of my confidence. As you may already know, I’m a firm believer that being healthy is not specific to a particular size, but rather to a specific lifestyle. I believe that it starts with including fruits and veggies in your diet and a couple of hours of exercises during the week and you are good to go, but I also know that it can be overwhelming if you don’t know where to start. Therefore, I decided to show you one of the things I do to maintain my health, which is working out. My trainer, which is also I very good friend and I came up with the “Big Girl Workout”, which is a workout designed for us. It’s a very good way to start at your own pace and to eventually get better at it. I’m also having a hard time at certain things, but the most important thing I say to myself is to keep trying. You definitely should give it a try and tell me all about it and if you have any questions don’t be shy and simply ask… 😉
