Confidence Monday: Queen Sized Update (February 2013)

Greetings ladies,

Back in July, I wrote a post called “Queen Sized” where i wrote about pushing myself to the other level. Unfortunately, I was not able to keep up with my updates as much as I wanted to since they were mainly done on Instagram and not on the blog like I originally wanted them to be.

Because I’ve been active for many years, if I want to see any change on my body it requires a lot more than the regular one hour workout three times a week regiment. Which is the reason why,  I train between five to six days a week minimum and I’m starting to be more cautious of what I put in my body because that’s the real problem for me. I will make sure to talk a bit more about nutrition once I will be a bit more stable with my food regiment.

Now, I’m still working hard toward being able to do ten chin ups(…could you image that?!? I could potentially be the first plus size woman able to do ten chin ups…Geezzz!). I’ve been training at this new place called “The Labb” since outdoor training in winter is not really cool. You should check them out if you are looking for something other than the regular gym.

Keep in mind ladies, in order to reach a goal you first need to envision it and that I’m doing!

A quick question ladies: Would you be interested in trying out a Regiment class specially designed for plus size ladies with me? Yes, no or maybe just letting know…:-)

  1. I love the idea of a workout regiment for plus sized divas! Let me know when n where n i’ll be there! Last summer i has started this ‘walk/run’ program n i was so proud of myself! I felt my cardio was improving…but the cold weather came along…n the parc maisonneuve was covered in snow…n i lost my motivation! Plz help 😀 n i know other people that would be interested to…if the price is right!
