First of all, sorry for the late march “Queen Sized Update” post, because things have been kind of crazy in the past few weeks. I’m learning as I go how to make sure that I manage my time correctly for all the goals I’ve set for myself for 2013 and being able to do 10 chin ups(…or maybe pull up just to keep it more realistic…lol) will require a lot of work from me, therefore I can’t afford to fall off the wagon. I caught myself getting discourage from time to time simply because I was focusing more on the things I still can’t do rather than acknowledging and being happy about the things I’m getting better at. I tend to be extremely hard on myself when it comes to my goals, and frankly, sometimes I really need to take a chill pill…smh
I’m very grateful for all the support everybody is giving and I’m also aware that some of you have a lot of questions for me. If you sent me a question and I haven’t respond yet, it’s only because I’m gathering them all so I could answer the most frequent ones in a “Q & A” post. So keep them coming because I read everything!
Also last month, I asked if you would be interested in a fitness workout workshop designed for curvy bodies and your responses were so great that I had to do something about it. So take out your calendars ladies and write this down: On May 5th the first Queen Sized Regiment Workout (QSRW) will be taking place in Montreal!!! I don’t want to spoil the fun but there’s going to be a lot more than just a great full body workout so tell your mom, your sister, your cousins and your friends because on Sunday may 5th it’s going down. More info about the QSRW will come very soon!
