I few weeks ago, I announced that I was working on putting together a Regiment workout session especially designed for us. Because on several occasions when I was talking about my training classes some of you shared your desire to try it and others of their fears about such workout. I must tell you that all your comments have been taken into account when #QSRW was designed. Now, as promised here is all the information about the #QSRW format.
– The Queen Sized Regiment Workout is circuit training workout specially designed for plus sized divas. This workout session will consists of micro exercises repeatedly executed on short periods of time.
– This workshop will be led by a team of professional trainers and motivators.
– All the exercises that will be shown to you will be easy to repeat at home or at your gym.
