As you may know already know if you follow me on social media, fitness is a very important of my life. The Queen Sized Flava Workout is only one of the many initiative I’m planning to do in order to promote having a healthy mind in a healthy body regardless of your size.
I usually take one day in the week to cook for the entire week since I like it so much…SIKE! I dislike cooking with a passion, but I have to do what I have to do to be where I need to be and that’s having some toned and defined abdominals. I’m tired of training so much and having nothing to show it. I’ve heard a lot of people say that abs are made in the kitchen therefore in the kitchen I’ll be. I decided to change my eating habits by try eating more often, but with smaller portions each time as mean to boost my digestive system.
When I posted pictures of my meal preparation a lot of people were asking me about what was in the plates so here’s a little description of it all.
-1 red onion
-1 white onion
-1 pack of mushroom
-2 red bell pepper
-2 yellow bell pepper
-2 green bell pepper
– Add seasoning to taste, but try to stay away from the salt as much as possible because too much salt create water retention.
– Put under the oven for 40 to 45 min for 400 and voilà!
-For my protein this week, I went for grilled tilapia and salmon.
– Sliced cantaloupe
By getting these out of the way I only have to fix my breakfast and morning snacks.
