Last week, I didn’t have a chance to meal prep correctly, therefore I had to cook more than usual, and to be honest this didn’t go to well. I ended up eating out most of the time, which is really bad for me, because this is when I tend to lean toward fried food. (((sigh)))
Anyways, it’s a new week and I’m back on track. You’ll notice that I have more fruits than usual in this week’s meal preparation. Also in terms of meal, I’m planning to add more protein shakes because like I said last week wasn’t a good week.
